I’m Caroline Van Wagner, a Triad native, a graduate of Page High School in Greensboro. After leaving for The College of Charleston and New York University to further my education. I came back to my roots looking for a place of belonging and community. I found what I was looking for while being an employee at Chill Nitro. After about a year and a half of enjoying every second of making ice cream, the dream of owning this “home away from home” became a reality.

I love this little pocket of joy on 4th Street, where science meets sweetness and smiles are always on the menu. While the “Chill” is cold, what warms my heart is the people. I took over this shop not just to serve ice cream, but to serve you. I believe in kindness, in community and in the golden rule of “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Whether you're dropping by after a long day, celebrating something, or just in need of a sweet treat, you’ll find a place here - a place that feels like home.
